Edition 2025 — Sagra della Brüsadèla
The Sagra della Brüsadèla took place on the last Sunday of August 2025 in Romagnese, with the distribution of the traditional sweet round focaccia cooked in the valley's wood-fired ovens and musical entertainment in the historic center, in one of the most cherished festivals of the Oltrepò Pavese.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra della Brüsadèla renewed the end-of-August event in Romagnese. The Pro Loco fired up the old wood-fired ovens of the valley to cook the sweet round focaccia, distributed to the public from the morning amidst music and festivities.
A unique gastronomic tradition that each year draws visitors from all over the province of Pavia to the village in the upper Oltrepò Pavese.
