Edition 2025 — Sagra dell'Ortolano

In June 2025, the Sagra dell'Ortolano animated Balanzano with ten evenings of Umbrian peasant cuisine. The established formula was confirmed: food stands open from 7:30 PM with menus based on garden produce and short-chain products, and live music and dancing every evening, in compliance with the 3-leaf regional brand.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dell'Ortolano confirmed the success of one of the most beloved summer festivals in the Perugia area. The Pro Loco stands in Balanzano offered the usual menu of typical Umbrian dishes, from tagliatelle with snail sauce to "torta al testo," while the evenings were marked by live music and dancing with various orchestras. The event maintained the 3-leaf regional brand for its attention to environmental sustainability, confirming itself as a benchmark in the Perugian gastronomic calendar.
