Edition 2025 — Sagra dell'Agnello Scottadito
In 2025, the Sagra dell'Agnello Scottadito enlivened the village of Monte Castello di Vibio for ten evenings. Grilled lamb according to the secret local recipe, traditional Umbrian first courses such as goose-sauce gnocchi, pappardelle, and tortellini, with dance orchestras and the Summer Pub concluding each evening.
In 2025, the Sagra dell'Agnello Scottadito once again confirmed its role as the signature festival of Monte Castello di Vibio (PG). For ten evenings, the food stalls offered grilled lamb prepared with the typical local recipe, alongside goose-sauce gnocchi, pappardelle, tortellini, and other traditional Umbrian dishes. The evenings continued with dance orchestras on a large dance floor and a themed Summer Pub, combining good food and fun in the heart of the village.
