Edition 2025 — Sagra del Turtun
In 2025, Castel Vittorio also celebrated its savoury pie with the Sagra del Turtun, featuring tastings, music, and stalls in the historic centre. A festival that revived the flavours of the Val Nervia peasant cuisine in the Imperia hinterland.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Turtun confirmed the village's connection to its most authentic gastronomic tradition. In the narrow streets of Castel Vittorio, in the province of Imperia, visitors could taste freshly baked turtun, filled with vegetables and cheese, accompanied by music and the convivial atmosphere of the village festival, a showcase of the mountain culture of western Liguria.
