Edition 2025 — Sagra del Sedano di Campese

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Sedano and Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows enlivened the hamlet of Campese in mid-September. Between the opening of the photography contest, food stand with spritz, baby dance, Bavarian music evening, solemn mass with choir, procession with the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows, celery contest awards, concerts, and karaoke competition. A village festival between devotion and peasant tradition.

In 2025, the Sagra del Sedano in Campese combined, as tradition dictates, the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows with the celebration of Campese celery.

Among the highlights were the solemn mass with the Lorenzo Perosi choir, the procession with the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows accompanied by the Teofilo Folengo band, the celery contest with the evaluation of celery in pinzimonio, and the musical evenings. The food stand offered traditional dishes throughout the festival.

  • 10:00 AM — evaluation and tasting of "Sedano Campesano in Pinzimonio"
  • 10:00 AM — solemn mass with the "Lorenzo Perosi" choir
  • 12:30 PM — community lunch by reservation
  • 4:00 PM — procession with the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows and the "Teofilo Folengo" band
  • 5:30 PM — celery contest awards
  • 10:00 PM — music with Novaluna Live

  • 7:00 PM — food stand and baby dance
  • 8:00 PM — performances by the ArteSia and Bassano Ballet dance schools
