Edition 2025 — Sagra del Risotto

The 42nd Sagra del Risotto di Cergnago took place from September 18th to 21st, 2025, organized by the Pro Loco. Four days of dinners with risotto and Lomellina specialties, dancing evenings, karaoke, and cover bands, culminating in Sunday's Gran Premio del Risotto with pedal-powered cars and the free distribution of risotto.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Risotto di Cergnago spanned four days: Thursday the 18th, dinner from 8:00 PM, karaoke, and dancing; Friday the 19th, a musical evening and presentation of the pedal-powered car teams for the Grand Prix; Saturday the 20th, dinner and a concert by the cover band Vandali; Sunday the 21st, qualifiers in Piazza Castello, lunch, the Gran Premio del Risotto race in the afternoon, and free risotto distribution at 5:00 PM. The menu featured mushroom and salami risotto, polenta, gorgonzola, and roast meat.
