Sagra del Polentone

The 28th edition of the Sagra del Polentone was held in Sant'Angelo in Pontano (MC) in October 2025, confirming its role as the opening event of the autumn season in the Macerata hinterland. In 2025 too, the event took place concurrently with the historic Fair and bird exhibition.

Pro Loco volunteers prepared the polentone according to the traditional recipe, seasoned with ragù and white sauce, accompanied by second courses, side dishes, and drinks. Service was available for both lunch and dinner, with on-site consumption or takeaway. The market, with exhibitions of birds and farmyard animals, stretched along the streets of the historic centre, attracting hundreds of visitors.
