Edition 2025 — Sagra del Pesce Sfilettato

In 2025, the Sagra del Pesce Sfilettato celebrated its 40th edition in Sant'Arcangelo sul Trasimeno (Magione), with ten days of lake cuisine organized by the Pro Loco: perch pasta, mixed fried fish, tegamaccio, and eel, accompanied by musical evenings, ballroom dancing, and karaoke.

The 2025 edition marked the milestone of the 40th Sagra del Pesce Sfilettato in Sant'Arcangelo sul Trasimeno, a hamlet of Magione. Forty years of good food with the typical dishes of Lake Trasimeno: perch pasta, mixed lake fried fish, skewers, tegamaccio, and eel. An event organized by the Pro Loco Sant'Arcangelo sul Trasimeno which, in addition to gastronomy, offered dancing evenings with live orchestra, DJ sets, and karaoke, confirming itself as one of the most popular lake festivals in Umbria.
