Edition 2025 — Sagra del Pesce di Borghetto

In 2025, the historic Sagra del Pesce di Borghetto animated the hamlet of Tuoro sul Trasimeno with its evening food stalls dedicated to lake fish. A festival that involves the whole village, with tegamaccio, perch fillets, and Trasimeno fish fries, in a popular festive atmosphere between Umbria and Tuscany.

In 2025, the Sagra del Pesce di Borghetto once again confirmed its long tradition, animating the hamlet of Borghetto in Tuoro sul Trasimeno. During the festival evenings, the food stalls offered typical dishes of the lake cuisine of Lake Trasimeno: tegamaccio, perch fillets, queen in porchetta, and fried fish. More than a gastronomic event, the festival has for decades been an event of identity for the community of Borghetto and the entire Trasimeno area, attracting visitors from Umbria and neighboring Tuscany.
