Edition 2025 — Sagra del Masciocco

The 43rd edition of the Sagra del Masciocco took place from August 12 to 16, 2025, at Cascina Masciocco in Camparada. Five evenings of Brianza cuisine — cassoeula, tripe, buseca, deer with polenta — enlivened by music and dancing, with the work of about a hundred volunteers and proceeds donated to charity.

The 2025 edition, the 43rd of the event, enlivened Cascina Masciocco in Camparada from August 12 to 16. The star was traditional Brianza cuisine: cassoeula, tripe, buseca, deer with polenta, snails, sausages, ribs, goat cheeses, and 'torta paesana'. The evenings were accompanied by music and dancing. The result of the work of about a hundred volunteers, the festival confirmed its solidarity purpose, with proceeds allocated to projects and activities of local organisations in the province of Monza and Brianza.
