Edition 2025 — Sagra del Granoturco

In 2025, Salandra hosted the Sagra del Granoturco and Festa di San Rocco in mid-August, with food stalls dedicated to corn, musical evenings, and, on August 16th, the solemn procession of the patron saint with traditional wheat offerings.

The 2025 edition confirmed in Salandra the combination of the Sagra del Granoturco and the Festa di San Rocco. On the evenings of mid-August, food stalls offered corn-based dishes and Lucanian specialties, while on August 16th the community honoured the patron saint with the procession and characteristic wheat offerings ('cente'). The festivities, redesigned by the parish with the "S. Rocco, let's get to know him" project, highlighted the August 16th date and a more linear schedule for the festival days.
