Edition 2025 — Sagra del Gambero

In 2025, the Sagra del Gambero di Fiume once again enlivened Pioraco's Ferragosto, with three evenings dedicated to river crayfish and typical Apennine Marche dishes. Organized by S.S.D. Ruggero Mancini in the Piazza Isabella d'Este Gonzaga area, the festival featured food stands for lunch and dinner, accompanied each evening by live music and dancing in the square, with free admission.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Gambero di Fiume took place in Pioraco (MC) from August 14th to 16th, confirming one of the most cherished traditions of Pioraco's Ferragosto. For three days, the Piazza Isabella d'Este Gonzaga area hosted the food stands of S.S.D. Ruggero Mancini, with river crayfish as the star alongside dishes from the Marche mountain cuisine.

The kitchen remained open for lunch and dinner, while the evenings were enlivened by live music and dancing, in a festive atmosphere that attracts residents, holidaymakers, and visitors from neighboring towns each year. Admission was free.
