Edition 2025 — Fritto Misto Cossignano

In the summer of 2025, the Sagra del Fritto Misto all'Ascolana once again drew lovers of good Piceno food to Cossignano. In Piazzale Europa, the Pro Loco Cossinea served the iconic stuffed olives along with 'cremini', fried vegetables, and local wines for several evenings, all set against the usual backdrop of music and shows that characterise this historic village festival.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Fritto Misto all'Ascolana confirmed the formula that has made this event one of the most anticipated of the summer in Cossignano, in the province of Ascoli Piceno. In Piazzale Europa, the volunteers of the Pro Loco Cossinea prepared the traditional Piceno fried mixed platter — 'oliva all'ascolana', 'cremini', battered vegetables, meat, and cheese — accompanied by the region's native wines. Each evening concluded with live music and entertainment, in an atmosphere of popular celebration that brought together residents and visitors under the August stars.
