Edition 2025 — Sagra del Fasùlin
The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Fasùlin took place in Sospiro from October 30 to November 16, organised over the usual two weekends with two different menus. At the Palafagiolino, the heated marquee in the sports centre's festival area, the Pro Loco of Sospiro served typical Cremonese cuisine dishes in the evening, with the bean as the star.
In 2025, the Sagra del Fasùlin in Sospiro (CR) was held from October 30 to November 16, confirming the format of two weekends with two different menus.
The gastronomic evenings took place at the Palafagiolino, heated to welcome diners on the colder autumn days. On the table were traditional Cremonese dishes prepared by the Pro Loco of Sospiro, with the fasùlin as the common thread of the festival.
