Edition 2025 — Sagra del Cotechino

In November 2025, the Sagra del Cotechino animated, as every year, the Palacotechino tent in Piazza Libertà, Casalbuttano ed Uniti. The event, organised by the Pro Loco with the Sulle Strade del Mondo group, featured Cremonese cotechino and traditional Po Valley dishes, confirming its charitable vocation in support of the Beira orphanage.

The 2025 edition renewed the autumn appointment with Cremonese cotechino served under the heated tent of the Palacotechino, in Piazza Libertà in Casalbuttano ed Uniti. Hundreds of diners filled the tables to enjoy the signature dish of the lower Cremona region, accompanied by traditional side dishes.

As in every edition, the work of the volunteers from the Pro Loco Casalbuttano and the group Sulle Strade del Mondo made it possible to donate the proceeds to the orphanage in Beira, Mozambique, confirming the charitable soul of the festival.
