Edition 2025 — Sagra del Chichiripieno
The 57th Sagra del Chichiripieno e Piatti Tipici was held on August 2nd and 3rd, 2025, in Piazza del Popolo in Offida (AP), with stalls opening from 6:00 PM. The Piceno traditional menu featured appetizers of stuffed vegetables and bruschetta, baked timballo, herb-marinated pork with roasted potatoes and olive all'ascolana, as well as chichì and fried mushrooms.
The two evenings were accompanied by live music: a concert by Solo Sempre Nomade on Saturday and a performance by Bibo De Angelis on Sunday, in the setting of Offida's historic center.
