Edition 2025 — Sagra del Carciofo
In 2025 too, the Sagra del Carciofo enlivened the festival grounds of Valle Lomellina with traditional Lomellina dishes. A genuine village festival dedicated to the artichoke, in the heart of the rice-growing plain of Pavia.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra del Carciofo confirmed the link between Valle Lomellina and its peasant cuisine. At the village festival grounds, the artichoke was the star of numerous typical preparations, in a familiar and convivial atmosphere that characterises the Lomellina sagre. An event that celebrates the local produce and gastronomic traditions of the province of Pavia.
