Sagra del Calcione e del Raviolo e Fermento

The 58th edition of the Sagra del Calcione e del Raviolo was held in Treia, in Piazza della Repubblica, from May 30 to June 1, 2025. The stalls offered calcione in five variations, from ricotta and raisins to cheese, including versions with chocolate and cinnamon and fried ones, as well as handmade Marche ravioli served on the veranda of the Antica Fornace with various sauces and traditional main courses.

Music enlivened the evenings: on Friday, May 30, at 9:30 PM, the concert Edge of Sound featuring pop, blues, and rock; on Saturday, May 31, the band Three Mix with a repertoire of Italian and international music; on Sunday, June 1, the afternoon dedicated to children with Bimbolandia and family entertainment. A free-admission festival that confirmed calcione as the symbolic product of the Municipality of Treia, in the province of Macerata.
