Sagra dei Ossi de Mas-cio

In 2025, the Sagra dei Ossi de Mas-cio once again brought the community of Longare together around the signature dish of Vicenza's peasant cuisine. The food stand offered ossi de mas-cio, ribs, sausage, and mixed grill every evening, accompanied by the essential polenta, as well as bigoli and gnocchi. The evenings were enlivened by concerts and DJ sets with various genres, from country to dance, in a festive atmosphere that involved families and young people. This event celebrates the gastronomic heritage of the Berici Hills territory, in the province of Vicenza.

Evenings with a food stand (ossi de mas-cio, ribs, sausage, mixed grill, polenta, bigoli and gnocchi), concerts, and DJ sets, with a preview by the Youth Area.
