In 2025, the Sagra dei Crustuli once again enlivened Bajardo with the festival dedicated to the village's typical dessert, prepared according to ancient traditional recipes. The gastronomic event attracted residents and visitors to the streets of the town in the Imperia province, confirming the community's connection with the authentic flavours of the hinterland.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Crustuli renewed the event in Bajardo dedicated to the village's typical dessert. Through the streets and squares of the town, the tasting of crustuli served as a common thread for a convivial evening celebrating the dessert and peasant tradition of the Imperia hinterland.
