Edition 2025 — Sagra dei Bertù
In 2025 too, the Sagra dei Bertù di San Lorenzo transformed Via Fantoni in Rovetta into an open-air restaurant, with the typical cotechino ravioli from Bergamo as the stars of the evening. Amidst cured meats, local cheeses, and folk music, the festival confirmed its role as the most authentic gastronomic event of the Rovetta summer.
The 2025 edition, organized by the Pro Loco of Rovetta, re-proposed the proven formula: markets from 6 PM and kitchens from 7 PM in Via Fantoni, with bertù, cured meats and cheeses from Val Seriana. The evening, enlivened by the folk music of Donne dell'Era and the accordion of Germano Melotti, celebrated Saint Lawrence's Day in the heart of the province of Bergamo.
