Edition 2025 — Sagra degli Gnocchi Ripieni
The 15th edition of the Sagra degli Gnocchi Ripieni animated the Perola district of Albino in July 2025, with stuffed gnocchi, casoncelli, game, and polenta served every evening in an outdoor area, amidst good food and solidarity initiatives.
In 2025, the Sagra degli Gnocchi Ripieni confirmed its role as the summer event of the Perola district of Albino. Trattoria Moro offered the usual Bergamasca traditional menu, with stuffed gnocchi, casoncelli, game, and polenta, in a popular festive atmosphere and with the usual commitment to social and solidarity initiatives.
