Sagra de Lu Bucculotte cu lu Crastate

The 2025 edition of the Sagra de Lu Bucculotte cu lu Crastate was held from July 17 to 20 in the square of the Chiesa Madonna della Speranza, along the SP Valtesino in Grottammare (AP). The stalls opened in the evening on all four days.

In 2025, the heart of the festival was again lu bucculotte cu lu crastate, the large-format pasta served with mutton sauce slow-cooked for eleven to twelve hours, alongside mutton stew and other dishes of the Piceno tradition. The evenings, organized by the Parrocchia Madonna della Speranza, featured live music, dancing, and entertainment for families, confirming the sagra as one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the Grottammare summer.
