Edition 2025 — Sagra dal Strachin

In 2025, the Sagra dal Strachin took place in Lomello from August 29 to 31, in the courtyard of the former Elementary Schools in Via Foscolo. For three days, the village became the capital of gorgonzola with Birzolassa and Cipperzola sandwiches, veined cheese risottos in different variations, gnocchetti, and polenta. Evening dinners started at 7 PM and Sunday lunch was served, with guided tours of the historic center. The event confirmed its status as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the Lomellina summer.

The 2025 edition of the Sagra dal Strachin enlivened Lomello from Friday, August 29 to Sunday, August 31. In the courtyard of the former Elementary Schools, Via Foscolo, the menu celebrated gorgonzola with the Birzolassa and Cipperzola sandwiches, three different risottos (with pears, sausage, or peppers), gnocchetti, and polenta with the veined cheese, as well as grilled options. Dinners were held in the evening from 7 PM, with lunch added on Sundays; in the afternoons, guided tours of the historic center completed the festivities, confirming it as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the Lomellina summer.
