Edition 2025 — Cave Good Friday

The 146th edition of the Sacred Representation of Good Friday in Cave took place on Friday, April 18, 2025. The procession, with over 500 participants of all ages, started at 9:00 PM, crossing the historic center of the village amidst living tableaux of the Passion and the moving rite of the Desolata.

2025 Edition

On April 18, 2025, Cave experienced the 146th edition of its Sacred Representation of Good Friday. With over 500 participants in period clothing, the historical-religious pageant crossed the streets of the historic center starting at 9:00 PM, staging the Passion and Death of Christ.

As per tradition, the event was organized by the Pro-Good Friday Committee with the Confraternity of the Most Holy Annunciation and the Pious Women, guardians of the rite of the Desolata. A well-attended edition that confirmed Cave as one of the main appointments of Holy Week in the Lazio region.
