Edition 2025 — Sacred Music in Riva del Garda
The «Dedicated to Mozart» concert on June 1, 2025
The 54th edition of the Regional Sacred Music Festival brought a concert entirely dedicated to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to Riva del Garda, hosted on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 8:30 PM, in the Church of San Giuseppe.
The program featured the Symphony No. 23 in D major KV 181 and the Vesperae Solennes de Confessore KV 339, performed by the Coro Sant'Isidoro di Martignano and the Corale polifonica di Lavis (conducted by Letizia Grassi), accompanied by the Camerata Musicale Città di Arco, conducted by Sebastiano De Salvo. Solo parts were performed by Dariia Matienko (soprano), Caterina Dellaere (mezzo-soprano), Daniele Contessi (tenor), and Sergio Mutalipassi (bass).
As per the festival's tradition, admission was free. The concert confirmed the Riva stop's commitment to hosting the festival's large choral and orchestral ensembles in the evocative setting of the Church of San Giuseppe, in the Municipality of Riva del Garda, Province of Trento.
