Edition 2025 — Sacrae Scenae

In 2025, Sacrae Scenae once again brought international cinema dedicated to popular devotions and the heritage of small villages to Ardesio, with free screenings of short films, documentaries, and feature films, and the awarding of the Golden Bell. A festival that combines the big screen, spirituality, and the identity of the Orobie territory.

The 2025 edition of Sacrae Scenae confirmed the Ardesio festival's mission: a cinematic exploration of popular devotions and spirituality, with works selected from around the world and screened for free in the village of Ardesio.

Under the artistic direction of Umberto Zanoletti and organized by Vivi Ardesio, the festival featured short films, documentaries, feature films, and animated films, culminating in the awarding of the Golden Bell. An event that reaffirmed the strong link between cinema, cultural heritage, and the identity of the Seriana Valley.
