The 2025 edition of the Sabina Jazz Festival

The sixteenth edition took place from May 30 to June 1, 2025, in the historic center of Bocchignano, with evenings starting around 7:00 PM and continuing until late at night. The lineup brought together some of the most well-known Italian musicians of traditional jazz, faithful representatives of the New Orleans, Dixieland, and swing sounds.

The edition coincided with the twentieth anniversary of the festival, which was born in 2005 at the initiative of local clarinetist Bruno Castracucchi with the support of the Associazione Culturale Bocchignano. In 2025, the format remained the one that made the festival recognizable: music spread throughout the village squares, the audience just a few meters from the musicians, and the hospitality of residents in cellars, courtyards, and with typical Sabina products.
