Edition 2025 — Sabina Beer Festival

The 2025 edition of the Sabina Beer Festival took place on Friday, June 13th and Saturday, June 14th in Gavignano Sabino, a hamlet of Forano (RI), in the upper parking lot of Via Poggio Mirteto. Two evenings with craft beers from Birrificio Sabino, stringozzi with pecorino, pepper, and pancetta on Friday, gnocchi with mutton ragù on Saturday, arrosticini and grilled meat, live music, and DJ sets until late at night.

Sabina Beer Festival 2025

The 2025 edition was held on Friday, June 13th and Saturday, June 14th in Gavignano Sabino, a hamlet of the Forano municipality in the province of Rieti, in the upper parking lot area of Via Poggio Mirteto. The organization was handled by the Pro Gavignano Association.

The food stalls opened both evenings at 8 PM. On Friday, the highlight was the stringozzi with pecorino, pepper, and pancetta prepared by Ristorante I Granari; on Saturday, the gnocchi with mutton ragù. On both evenings, arrosticini, sausages, hot dogs, burgers, and fries were available, accompanied by craft beers on tap from Birrificio Sabino.

From 10 PM, there was music: on Friday, the acoustic concert by the band Sonata al Vento, and on Saturday, the dance night with DJ Denix and an open dance floor. There were also inflatable attractions for children, confirming the family-friendly nature of the festival.

Programme

Friday, June 13th, 2025 — 8 PM: opening of the food stall with stringozzi cacio, pepe e pancetta by Ristorante I Granari, arrosticini, sausages, hot dogs, burgers, fries, and craft beers from Birrificio Sabino; 10 PM: live concert by Sonata al Vento. Saturday, June 14th, 2025 — 8 PM: opening of the food stall with gnocchi with mutton ragù and other grilled specialties; 10 PM: dance night with DJ Denix.
