Edition 2025 — Sagra della Cresciola
In 2025, the Sagra della Cresciola animated the hamlet of Sant'Egidio di Montecastrilli in late August: food stalls with cresciola, gnocchi, and pork knuckle, recipes from local housewives, and musical performances every evening, with free admission, in a village festival atmosphere.
The 2025 edition of S. Egidio in Festa - Sagra della Cresciola confirmed the established format of the event in the hamlet of Sant'Egidio di Montecastrilli (province of Terni).
The stalls offered the traditional fried cresciola along with gnocchi, pork knuckle, and other specialties of Umbrian cuisine, prepared by the village housewives.
