Edition 2025 — Rustell'

The first edition of Rustell' was held from June 27 to 29, 2025, at the Tordino and Vezzola River Park in Teramo. Three days of free events dedicated to the arrosticino, featuring tastings, folk music, DJ sets, and children's entertainment. The festival hosted the first competition to elect the "Best Arrosticino of Abruzzo 2025," with a technical and popular jury presided over by chef Cristiano Tomei and the Golden Arrosticino trophy.

The first edition of Rustell' inaugurated the festival dedicated to the arrosticino from June 27 to 29, 2025, at the Tordino and Vezzola River Park in Teramo. A free event open to all, organized by the PArADiso Cultural Association and co-financed by the Municipality of Teramo with 20,000 euros.

Each day, with stands open from 11:00 AM until midnight, offered arrosticino tastings, roaming folk music, DJ sets, and children's entertainment. The most anticipated moment was the "Best Arrosticino of Abruzzo 2025" competition, with two representatives from each of the four provinces, evaluated by a technical and popular jury presided over by television chef Cristiano Tomei. Up for grabs was the Golden Arrosticino, a one-meter-tall trophy created by students from the Teramo Art High School and the Art Institute of Castelli. The program also included workshops on product quality and short supply chains with the Hotel Management School and the Zooprophylactic Institute of Abruzzo and Molise.
