RUN – The Festival Escaping the Center

RUN 2025

From September 1 to November 30, 2025, Teatro Hamlet and Teatro Sala Vignoli hosted the 2025 edition of RUN, under the artistic direction of Gina Merulla and organized by Teatro Hamlet APS. The program, with free admission, opened with Il Quarto Vuoto by Mamadou Dioume, performed in eight different languages (September 1-8), and continued with L'eredità di Edipo based on Sophocles, Mata Hari featuring Natalia Simonova, and Io e mia sorella by Sabrina Biagioli.

October brought to the stage Segnale d'allarme, the virtual reality theater experiment by Elio Germano, Mamma sei sempre nei miei pensieri, spostati! with Cinzia Leone, and Semplicemente Pasolini by Patrizia Casagr Patrizia Casagrande. November featured Il Bardo: viaggio nell'ignoto directed by Gina Merulla, Ulisse e le donne with Rocco Ciarmoli and Laura De Marchi, Tingel Tangel by Fabrizio Ferrari, and, in closing, Il Volto di Otello with Mamadou Dioume and Fabrizio Ferrari. The evening program was complemented by educational workshops such as Nonni e nipoti (Grandparents and Grandchildren) and an improvisation workshop for foreigners.

September 21: Io e mia sorella by Sabrina Biagioli. October 12: Segnale d'allarme, virtual reality theater by Elio Germano. October 19: Mamma sei sempre nei miei pensieri, spostati! with Cinzia Leone. October 26: Semplicemente Pasolini by Patrizia Casagrande. November 2: Il Bardo: viaggio nell'ignoto, directed by Gina Merulla. November 9: Ulisse e le donne with Rocco Ciarmoli and Laura De Marchi. November 23: Tingel Tangel by Fabrizio Ferrari. November 30: Il Volto di Otello with Mamadou Dioume and Fabrizio Ferrari.
