Edition 2025 — Rome Ukulele Festival

The first edition of the Rome Ukulele Festival took place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, at the Hotel dei Congressi in Rome's EUR district. A full day of workshops, open mic sessions, jam sessions, and evening concerts that brought the ukulele community together with international guests and the Italian Ukulele Orchestra. Free admission, promoted by Roma Capitale.

Rome Ukulele Festival 2025: the first edition

The first edition of the Rome Ukulele Festival was held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, at the Hotel dei Congressi on Viale Shakespeare, in Rome's EUR district. The day began in the morning with a ukulele flashmob in the city's historic center, coordinated by Uliano Bruner.

The afternoon featured workshops with masters such as Alessandra Scaraggi and international guest Peter Moss from Manchester, who led an acclaimed workshop dedicated to the Beatles, alongside a highly popular open mic session with original songs, reinterpretations, and debut performances. In the evening, the concerts took place, featuring Adriano Bono and the engaging finale by the Italian Ukulele Orchestra. Exhibitors curated by RPR Musiquality were also present. The event, with free admission, was organized by Ukus in Fabula and promoted by Roma Capitale.

Programme

Morning: ukulele flashmob in the historic center of Rome (coordinated by Uliano Bruner). Afternoon (from 2:00 PM): workshops with Alessandra Scaraggi and Peter Moss (Beatles-themed workshop), open mic session open to participants, instrument exhibition by RPR Musiquality. Evening (until 10:30 PM): concerts with Adriano Bono, Peter Moss, and the Italian Ukulele Orchestra.
