Edition 2025 — Rome Jazz Festival

The 49th edition of the Rome Jazz Festival took place from November 1 to 23, 2025, with a program inspired by the thoughts and words of Martin Luther King and John Coltrane. A jazz that renews itself and engages with the present, touching on themes such as peace, civil rights, and inclusion, in iconic Roman music venues: Auditorium Parco della Musica, Casa del Jazz, and Monk.

Rome Jazz Festival 2025 — 49th Edition

The 2025 edition of the Rome Jazz Festival featured a lineup inspired by the figures of Martin Luther King and John Coltrane, showcasing jazz in constant evolution, spanning jazz-rap, nu jazz, post-bop, and new soul. The festival opened on November 1 at the Auditorium with a concert by Makaya McCraven and closed on November 23 at the Sala Sinopoli with Cécile McLorin Salvant. Other featured artists included the David Murray Quartet, Bilal, Amaro Freitas, and Peter Erskine. Concerts were held in the Municipality of Rome, Lazio, across the Auditorium Parco della Musica, Casa del Jazz, and Monk.
