2025 Edition
The 34th edition, presented at the Campidoglio, marked the transition of the organization to the Fondazione Marcella Crudeli ETS. Auditions took place from November 2 to 15, 2025, in the cloister of the Confraternita di San Giovanni Battista de' Genovesi, in the heart of Trastevere, with the usual Young Pianists, Emerging Pianists, Duo, and Chopin Prize categories.
The jury consisted of Marcella Crudeli (Italy, president), Michele Francesco Battista (Italy), Patrick Dheur (Belgium), Michele Gioiosa (Italy), Volker Stenzl (Germany), Andrea Talmelli (Italy), and Krystian Tkaczewski (Poland).
Among the winners, Gabriella Russo excelled in the Young Pianists category, while Marco Ottaviani won both the Emerging Pianists and the Chopin Prize. The final concert, held on November 15 at the Auditorium del Palazzo dei Congressi, featured the winners accompanied by the Rome International Piano Competition Orchestra under the direction of maestro Filippo Manci.
