RomanticA – International Floral Art Festival

RomanticA 2025 – the 19th edition

On August 2, 2025, Bugnara transformed into the "garden of Europe" for the 19th edition of RomanticA, which attracted over ten thousand visitors who stayed in the village until the first light of dawn. Starting from July 30-31, twelve international delegations of master florists — Sweden, Germany, Ukraine, Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Estonia, and, for the first time, China — adorned the alleys, squares, and fountains of the historic center with floral compositions and Urban Land Art works.

From 9:30 PM until dawn, the floral night offered concerts and music in every corner, food and wine stalls, and the characteristic evening fashion show with dresses made entirely of flowers. The edition, presented at the Emiciclo of the Abruzzo Region, confirmed the international vocation of the event and the project for a future higher education school for master florists.
