Edition 2025 — Roma Throwdown

The 2025 edition of Roma Throwdown, held from October 17 to 19 at Cinecittà World, marked the rebirth of the competition: new location, new format, and direct access to the live event without qualifiers. Three days of high-intensity challenges on wide, side-by-side lanes, with athletes from Elite to Master categories competing in teams within a theme park transformed into a functional fitness arena.

Roma Throwdown 2025: The year zero

From October 17 to 19, 2025, Roma Throwdown returned in a completely renewed guise, choosing Cinecittà World, on the outskirts of Rome, as its new home. The edition represented a true "year zero": qualifiers were eliminated, and the competition opened to everyone with direct access to the live event.

Athletes, gathered in teams and divided into Elite and Master categories, competed on a large and scenic competition floor with side-by-side lanes, dedicated lighting, and warm-up areas. The public was able to follow the events and, with the same ticket, access the park's attractions in a festive atmosphere that combined sport and spectacle in the heart of Lazio.
