Edition 2025 — Roma Borgata Festival

The first edition of the Roma Borgata Festival took place from May to September 2025, inaugurated on May 18 at Villa De Sanctis with a performative picnic. Born from the A.S.A.P.Q. association after the eight editions of "La Città Ideale", the festival brought theatre, music, dance, and contemporary circus to Rome's suburbs, gathering over 8,000 spectators.

Roma Borgata Festival 2025

The first edition, inaugurated on May 18, 2025, at Villa De Sanctis in Municipality V, spanned numerous Roman districts from May to September — from Centocelle to Torpignattara, from Trullo to Corviale, passing through Torrevecchia and Primavalle. The programming ranged from music in local markets to opera in ATER courtyards, from theatre in bars to site-specific contemporary dance performances and circus shows.

With over 8,000 spectators, the 2025 edition confirmed the formula of the decentralized festival curated by Alessandra Muschella, with the support of the Municipality of Rome and the Lazio Region, laying the foundations for the following edition.
