The 50th Rodi Garganico Carnival

In 2025, the Rodi Garganico Carnival celebrated its half-century milestone, with a program spread from February 23 to March 4 in the center of Rodi Garganico. The two main parades of allegorical floats and masqueraded groups were held on Saturday, March 1, and Tuesday, March 3.

The March 1 event included a gathering of floats and groups in the town squares at 2:30 PM, accompanied by the presence of the Carnival Royal Family, followed by the parade through the city streets from 3:30 PM with a final performance in Piazza Luigi Rovelli and a grand party. On Tuesday, March 3, a new parade enlivened the streets, featuring the draw of the Rodi Garganico Carnival Lottery. For the occasion, an ethnographic exhibition dedicated to the fifty years of the event was set up in the atrium of the Town Hall.
