The festival returned to animate the Tutino district in Tricase (LE) on the evening of August 5, 2025, confirming its status as an authentic community celebration. Promoted by the Associazione La Culonna – Tutino, the event featured a gastronomic route through the village streets, highlighting paparussi — the peppers that made Tutino the land of the paparussi — along with frìse, fresh pasta, roasted meats, traditional sweets, and local wine.

The event also featured live music, pizzica, folk dancing, DJ sets, art installations, and activities for children. The courtyards and squares of the district, illuminated for the occasion, also hosted craft exhibitions and guided tours of the churches and the Tutino Castle, reaffirming the spirit of the festival: more than a festival.

The evening of August 5, 2025, unfolded along the streets and squares of the Tutino district, featuring food stalls and cultural events:

• Opening of stalls with typical Salento dishes — featuring paparussi (peppers), frìse, fava beans and chicory, fresh pasta, spit-roasted meats, and traditional sweets.
• Route through the illuminated village streets with craft exhibitions and art installations.
• Guided tours of the La Culonna di Santu Linardu menhir, ancient churches, and the Tutino Castle.
• Live music, pizzica, and folk dancing, with DJ sets to close the evening.
• Activities and entertainment for children.
