In 2025 too, the Confraternita del Risotto enlivened Benvenuti in Lomellina with events dedicated to Lomellina risotto. Between farmhouse visits and traditional ceremonies, the festival celebrated the rice culture in the lands of the province of Pavia.
During the 2025 edition of Benvenuti in Lomellina, the Confraternita del Risotto brought its commitment to promoting risotto to the farmhouses of Lomellina. Through guided tours, ceremonies, and convivial moments, the initiative showcased the rice culture that characterises Valeggio and the entire Pavia plain, reaffirming the deep connection between this territory and its iconic dish.
