Edition 2025 — Risotto and Lambrusco

In 2025, Risotto and Lambrusco once again enlivened the PalaUnical in Mantua with its long celebration dedicated to risotto. For over a month, residents and visitors were able to taste the twelve risottos on the menu paired with local Lambrusco wines, in a convivial atmosphere and at popular prices.

The 2025 edition of Risotto and Lambrusco at the PalaUnical in Mantua revisited the formula that had made the event a success: twelve risottos on the menu, including fixed proposals and weekly rotating recipes, paired with Lambrusco wines from the Po Valley.

Organized by the Festival of Mantuan Cuisine, the celebration attracted a large audience on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunches, confirming the city's connection to the rice tradition and paving the way for the 2026 edition.
