Edition 2025 — RisoMania
The 2025 edition of RisoMania animated the historic center of Garlasco with show cooking, risotto challenges between Pro Loco (local associations) and restaurateurs, live music, and a children's area, celebrating Lomellina's rice in a weekend of taste and tradition.
In 2025, RisoMania confirmed the success of Garlasco's rice festival. Between Piazza Repubblica and the town center streets, gastronomic stands, show cooking with guest chefs, and risotto challenges attracted a large audience, accompanied by live music, entertainment for children, and moments dedicated to the peasant culture of Lomellina, the rice heart of the Pavia province.
