Rieti Danza Estate

Twelfth edition

From June 27 to 29, 2025, the Teatro Flavio Vespasiano in Rieti hosted the 12th edition of Rieti Danza Estate, with the participation of some of the most qualified schools from Italy and several foreign countries.

The three days alternated lessons and masterclasses with competition moments: Saturday, June 28, featured the modern and contemporary dance competition, while Sunday, June 29, was dedicated to classical dance. The faculty and judging panel were composed of personalities from the dance world, coming from Italian and foreign opera houses and international companies.

Particularly deserving dancers were awarded prestigious recognitions, including invitations to the Youth Grand Prix, with which Rieti City of Dance has launched an important global collaboration. Honorary presidency was conferred upon Piero Fasciolo, the competition's founder who passed away shortly before the edition, while organizational management remained in the hands of Luna Ronchi and Simone Lolli.
