Ricotta and Local Products Festival

The 2025 edition of the festival, organized by the Pro Loco of Limina in collaboration with the Municipality, took place in the center of the Peloritani village in conjunction with the Feast of Saint Philip of Agira. On Saturday, stalls opened at 6:00 PM, followed by the sheep shearing demonstration at 6:30 PM and the ricotta production demonstration at 7:00 PM, with entertainment by the folk group Canterini Riviera Jonica "Melino Romolo". On Sunday, stalls opened at 10:30 AM, and the day was brightened by performances from the Suonatori di Taormina. Along the village streets, visitors were able to witness the artisanal processing of ricotta and taste local oil, wine, cheeses, and cured meats.
