Edition 2025 — Ricette e Sinfonie

In 2025, the Compagnia Scavalcamontagne was on the road from June 12 to September 14, walking through five regions, nine provinces, and over fifty towns with their musical shows, including the beloved "Ricette e Sinfonie". A season that confirmed the success of the walking-artist formula, capable of bringing opera, theatre, and live music to places far from major cultural circuits.

The 2025 Scavalcamontagne tour took place from June 12 to September 14, visiting over fifty villages and squares between Piedmont and other Italian regions, with four months of walking across five regions and nine provinces. The programme included "Ricette e Sinfonie", with stops in the Cuneo area in locations such as Casalgrasso, Montelupo Albese, Santo Stefano Roero, and Cuneo.

In 2025, "Ricette e Sinfonie"—loosely based on "The Immoral Recipes" by Manuel Vázquez Montalbán—continued to combine opera arias, piano, and comedic storytelling about the relationship between food and eros, maintaining the free-admission formula with voluntary donations that has characterized the project since its inception in 2020.
