Rice with Saltarei Festival – Pontepossero

The 2025 edition of the Rice with Saltarei Festival confirmed the tradition of the celebration in Pontepossero, in the Bassa Veronese region. For five days, the food stalls offered 'riso coi saltarei', the De.Co. dish prepared with fried river prawns, accompanied by traditional Veronese dishes. The evenings featured a mix of Italian music, tribute bands, and dance orchestras, with entertainment for children and the amateur cycling race which, as tradition dictates, concluded the festival along with the final toast. The festival is organized by the volunteers of Pontepossero with the support of the local community.
