Rice Fritter Festival at the Pieve of Bagno a Ripoli

The 2025 edition of the Rice Fritter Festival in Bagno a Ripoli was held on weekends from February 8 to March 16, covering the entire Carnival period and beyond. As every year, the rice fritters were prepared by the Contrada Alfiere volunteers at the stand on Via Poggio della Pieve, at the intersection with Via Roma, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sunday sales lasting until supplies ran out. A portion of the initiative's proceeds was allocated to the parish of San Pietro a Ripoli, confirming the festival's strong bond with the local community.
