Edition 2025 — Rice Festival

In 2025, the Rice Festival once again brought Piazza Colonnello G. Solano in Buronzo, Province of Vercelli, to life with three days of risotto and panissa tastings, dance evenings, and convivial moments. The event organized by the Comitato Buronzese Feste e Cultura confirmed its successful formula, blending traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a community celebration in the Baraggia.

The 2025 edition of the Rice Festival in Buronzo renewed the summer appointment dedicated to the rice of the Vercelli Baraggia. For this edition as well, panissa, risottos, and traditional Piedmontese peasant cuisine specialties were the protagonists, accompanied by traditional dance evenings in Piazza Colonnello G. Solano.

The festival, organized by the Comitato Buronzese Feste e Cultura, confirmed its role as a meeting point for the community of Buronzo and neighboring towns, laying the groundwork for the twentieth edition in 2026.
