Renaissance Carnival Festival in the Medieval Village of Carini

Previous editions of the Renaissance Carnival Festival have already transformed the medieval village of Carini into an open-air stage during the Carnival period. The format, which returns every year to the historic center of the Municipality of Carini, in the province of Palermo, features fire-eating shows, jugglers, Renaissance dances and music, as well as merchants and artisans who recreate the atmosphere of a period market.

Curated by the Collisioni ETS association with the patronage of the Municipality of Carini and the collaboration of numerous local entities, the event has established itself as one of the most evocative Carnival appointments in Western Sicily, capable of uniting community, tradition, and entertainment.
